How is the user support to the software?

Technical support to the use of the software is done exclusively by phone (+1-646-470-1940) or email (support@riskan.com) in commercial period (from 9:00 to 18:00, East Coast Time, Monday to Friday). The support aims to answer questions from users about the use of the system, not being provided information on the execution of a risk analysis. The support is free for a period of 1 (one) year after the acquisition of the license. After this period the user can get the annual maintenance package, giving entitlement to another year of support and also to free updates of the system in the same period.

Besides Riskan support, the system provides a complete user manual in the Riskan wiki and a forum for user questions that can be used and updated by all users of Riskan.
